Living Defense Martial Arts (LDMA) is one of the oldest professional martial art schools in the Triad Area.  LDMA is committed to ensuring all our students succeed in meeting their personal goals.  We have developed and certified a comprehensive training and fitness program for our students to follow. This enables children and adults to progress at their own pace and ensure we are able to meet the needs of all students.  Our mission is to teach Life Skills, Attitude, Values, while instilling Growth and Personal Development. We do this by providing the finest fitness training available in a safe, family-oriented environment. Most of all - our classes are FUN for students of all ages.

These principals designate the standards by which we teach, promote students in rank, and project our image and reputation within the community.

Living Defense Martial Arts offers different specialized programs to fit the needs of our students.  Programs include:  TaeKwonDo; Brazilian JiuJitsu; and Kickboxing.  We have separate classes for pre-school children, young children, teens, and adults.  This allows our students to train with others their own age.  Additionally, we have convenient class schedules with unlimited attendance for students to fit training in their weekly schedules.

LDMA offers the best teaching and training in the area.  We are proud to be one of the only schools who offers these specialized programs for our students in one training facility.
