Adult Kickboxing
This class is structured around general physical preparedness and skill training. The students begin the class with a warm-up including; jumping rope, shadow boxing, or other sport specific warm-up activities. Students will then work with specific techniques on punching, kicking, and defending these techniques. The most positive aspect of this class is that each student can work at their own pace. The benefit of working in intervals allows each student to train a levels they are most comfortable. Training at Living Defense Martial Arts will offer you a safe, professional environment for achieving your goals, but most of all the classes are FUN!
