We’re talking serious fitness here! In America today, health and fitness is gaining extensive demand in the adult population. Living Defense Martial Arts offers a full body workout second-to-none. While many other workouts concentrate on your body, TaeKwonDo takes the next step and gives mental benefits; these range from reduced stress to increased concentration.  Our instructors are more than teachers; they are often considered personal trainers.

Living Defense Martial Arts realizes today's adults have busy schedules and time constraints; therefore, we offer convenient class schedules. TaeKwonDo classes are offered six days a week with day and evening programs. Adult classes are separate from juniors, allowing instructors to meet special needs.
