Junior Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Living Defense Martial Arts offers one of the most sought after Brazilian JiuJitsu programs in the area.  The Junior Brazilian JiuJitsu program is only offered to students enrolled in the Junior TaeKwonDo program to increase knowledge of martial arts.  The Brazilian JiuJitsu program is kept separate from other programs; participation is not necessary to excel in TaeKwonDo.

Brazilian JiuJitsu offers juniors the opportunity to learn self-defense on the ground. Brazilian JiuJitsu is a system of self defense on the ground that originated in Brazil by the Gracie family.  The Brazilian JiuJitsu program at LDMA reinforces life skills taught in TaeKwonDo and focuses on drills, techniques, and sparring (actual training with resistance) in each class to guide the students to their goals.

The JiuJitsu program is a member of Living Defense Martial Arts, headquartered in Sherwood, Arkansas.  Mr. Danny Dring heads up LDMA and has a Black Belt in Brazilian JiuJitsu.  He is authorized to present rank under Nova Uniao JiuJitsu Organization.  Our juniors have the opportunity to obtain separate ranks within TaeKwonDo and Brazilian JiuJitsu.
